Introduction

This proposal seeks to upgrade two large classrooms, each with a seating capacity of over 150 students, into state-of-the-art smart classrooms. The classrooms are already in good condition with proper soundproofing, false ceilings, adequate lighting, and air conditioning. The upgrade will focus on the integration of advanced audio-visual equipment and interactive teaching tools to facilitate engaging and efficient learning.
The proposed features include:
- Interactive Digital touch-enabled Boards,
- Advanced Audio Systems and a digital podium, and
- Required structural modifications necessary to accommodate these facilities.

- 4 months for procurement and
- 2 months for installation
Expected Impact
The shift towards digital and hybrid education models demands modern infrastructure to support innovative teaching methodologies. Transforming these classrooms into smart classrooms will enhance student engagement with interactive tools, promote active participation and improve knowledge retention.
This will enables faculty to leverage multimedia resources and real-time assessments. It will also improve accessibility as recorded lectures and digital notes benefit students to go over the content again and again, until the concept is clear. The proposed upgrade aligns with the institution’s goal of providing world-class education and will positively impact over 300 students and faculty members daily.
